Now that Spring has finally sprung, alongside the flowers and sunny days (finally!), we’re seeing market activity blooming across the region!

Harrogate
In Harrogate, we’ve seen strong demand combined with an influx of new properties, which has created a favourable environment for both buyers and sellers.
Overall, the Spring season is looking promising for property transactions in the area and we’re excited moving into the Summer months.
North Leeds
The market is well and truly blooming in North Leeds! With new instructions and speedy sales taking place across Alwoodley, Roundhay and Horsforth in particular, we’re now excited to be showcasing some of the region’s best homes over the next few weeks.
This month as well as selling homes, Emma and Harriet also showed their support for their long term friend Hayley, as she completed the London Marathon!
Hayley who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023 ran the marathon alongside her friend Lisa and dog Winnie to fundraise for Breast Cancer Now, to raise awareness that no matter the age, the risk of breast cancer could be there.

Pocklington
Our Pocklington team has seen some real interest from buyers moving locally as well as buyers moving in from further afield.
Buyers moving to Pocklington from the south-east have been most dominant since January, driven by relocation for work or to be closer to family. Quality of life, the countryside and the proximity to York were the three biggest drivers for buyers in the first quarter of 2025 as to why they wanted to move to the area.
Ilkley
Lucy and the team have seen lots of growth in Ilkley in April, with our boards popping up in and around the spa town and surrounding villages. It’s no surprise with Ilkley recently being named the Sunday Times best place to live in the North of the UK, praised for its fantastic scenery, excellent schools, commutable links and cosy community feel.
